Before You Buy

We encourage all customers to make an informed purchase.

  • Carefully review all product images and descriptions before placing your order.

  • If you have any questions about a product, please contact us on WhatsApp before confirming your order.

  • If you would like to see a product video, you may request one on WhatsApp. We will gladly share it (where available) so you can inspect the item before purchasing.

  • By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the product details provided.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been confirmed and delivered.

  • Refund requests based on a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering will not be accepted.

Return & Replacement Policy

We only accept returns or replacements in the case of a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or if the wrong product was delivered.

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  2. You must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until the product is fully inspected.

  3. The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed parcel before opening.

    • The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

    • The defect, damage, or issue with the product.

Replacement Approval

  • If the unboxing video confirms that the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Precious Blends will approve your claim and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video, or after the 48-hour period, will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Liking the product less than expected.

  • Ordering the wrong item, size, or color.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Claims made without a proper unboxing video.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
